To strengthen our online games team in Berlin, we are looking for an immediate and permanent Frontend Software Developer – TypeScript for Online Games (m/f/d).
Are you passionate about developing high-quality online games and innovative software solutions? In our cross-functional team, you will help shape the entire development process – from the idea to the release. Together with experts in graphics, game design, mathematics, coding and quality assurance, you will develop technically outstanding games that inspire and offer unparalleled gaming fun.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT WITH US
- Development and programming of high-quality, browser-based online games for international markets.
- Maintenance and active further development of our modern TypeScript framework for future-proof game development.
- Take over the technical management and responsibility for the frontend tech stack.
- Ensuring code quality and reliability by applying clean code principles and implementing appropriate measures, e.g. unit tests, code reviews, etc.
- Continuous optimization of performance, usability and player experience for maximum user satisfaction.
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- Extensive professional experience in development with TypeScript (or JavaScript), HTML and CSS.
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new concepts and frameworks.
- Strong sense of and interest in animation, sound, overall impression and ‚game flow‘.
- Structured, goal-oriented and independent way of working.
- Strong team player mentality (m/f/d) and enjoy cross-departmental collaboration.
- Good written and spoken English, knowledge of German desirable.
