Pacifico Energy Partners GmbH (“Pacifico”) is a renewable energy company for wind and solar energy as well as battery and hydrogen technologies. We develop greenfield projects, repower existing plants, provide state-of-the-art asset management services and facilitate the acquisition of operational and turn-key plants.
For our Team in Munich we are looking for an experienced and hands-on contributor to oversee the operations of our Polish wind energy portfolio.
Your Tasks
- Operational Asset Management : You will assume overall responsibility to secure the operations of the Polish wind portfolio managed by Pacifico.
- Contract Management : You manage all contracts and agreements associated with the assets, ensuring that all requirements and obligations are met (e.g., reporting requirements).
- Financial Management : You prepare cash-flow statements and support the client’s accounting team in the preparation of the financial statements of the SPVs.
- Stakeholder Management : You control and coordinate the services and performance of all relevant service providers, in particular the Technical Management.
- Asset Optimization : You perform commercial and technical analyses to determine the necessity for carrying out capital expenditure or maintenance works as well as any other optimization activities.
Your Profile
- Completed Degree : You have a completed degree, preferably with a business, economics or engineering focus.
- Working Experience : You have prior work experience of at least two years, preferably from an asset management company with the focus on wind or solar assets in Poland.
- Agile Working Mentality : An analytical, structured way of working with a high attention to detail and outstanding project management skills will help you succeed in this role. Moreover, you are resilient and can keep a cool head in dynamic situations.
- Communication Skills : You are a strong communicator and are comfortable with approaching different stakeholders. Moreover, you have excellent English and good Polish language skills. Alternatively, knowledge of Czech or Slovak is a plus.
