As Senior Business Operations & Process Builder (m/f/d) you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our internal processes and building sustainable structures. From the practical implementation of existing processes to strategic process development – you will create the basis for maximum efficiency and scalable workflows.

Your role with us

Become the driving force behind our business processes and take structure and efficiency to the next level! As Senior Business Operations & Process Builder, you will be directly anchored in the founding team and analyze, optimize and design our processes so that our team can work smoothly and productively. With your eye for detail and your passion for smart processes, you create structures that work sustainably. Together, we develop our workflows further and ensure that our knowledge remains accessible and usable for everyone.

• Process development: Design and implement new workflows in tools such as ClickUp and automation tools

• Analysis & documentation: End-to-end analysis of existing processes, documentation of bottlenecks and development of initial optimization ideas

• Knowledge building: Create comprehensive process documentation, SOPs and training materials based on your experience

• Training & Transfer: Establish a system for knowledge transfer and introduce team members to new processes

• Advisory role: Establish a long-term framework for process feedback and continuous improvement

Your profile

• Entrepreneurial background: Ideally, you have already founded your own company or worked in relevant C-level positions and know the challenges of building, scaling and managing a company first-hand

• Operations & process optimization: You have strong expertise in building and optimizing business processes – with a particular focus on increasing efficiency and scaling

• Project management & tools: You are experienced in using project management methods and tools (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, 5S), especially ClickUp, to efficiently manage agile processes

• High standards & drive: You set high standards for yourself and your environment – always with the aim of achieving excellent results

• Visionary thinking: You think outside the box, recognize opportunities and translate strategic visions into concrete measures

• Strong communication & implementation skills: You combine analytical acuity with strong interpersonal skills to motivate and lead teams and actively drive change.

• Analytical thinking: You recognize optimization potential and implement it effectively

• Hands-on mentality: You are not afraid to dive straight into operational processes and develop solutions together with teams

• Language skills: Very good German and English skills
