In the role of a Project Manager R&D for eMobility (all genders) , you will manage innovative research projects in the field of electromobility, overseeing the entire lifecycle from initiation to completion. You will manage requirements, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and engage with stakeholders to ensure project success. This position demands a blend of technical proficiency, coordination skills to deliver in-time and in-budget as well as a passion for thinking outside the box.

Your Tasks

• Managing research projects in the field of electromobility and its ecosystem throughout the entire lifecycle from acquisition and initiation, through concept development, to implementation and completion.
• Internal and external stakeholder management for communicating project progress, coordinating clarification needs and disseminating results.
• Requirements management for the coordination of software features, especially at the system and interface level, overseeing development activities and coordinating project partner onboardings, including testing procedures.
• Monitoring technical implementation progress and ensuring timely deployment of software features.
• Responsibility for project controlling as well as comprehensive reporting to the manager.
• Preparation and moderation of internal and external, interdisciplinary workshops.
• Researching, identifying, and evaluating technological trends and their impact on electromobility and electromobility platforms.
• Preparation and support of technical research and publications on the topic of electromobility.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent degree, technical and/or project management focus is advantageous.
• First relevant professional experience in project and/or program management.
• Stakeholder management with strong communication skills and high adaptability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
• Solid knowledge in the field of information technology (IT), i.e., backend systems, interfaces, and requirements management, is advantageous.
• Affinity for electromobility is advantageous.
• Very good time management as well as analytical and methodical approach to work with high attention to detail.
• Passion for „thinking outside the box“ and driving innovative solutions.
• Profound knowledge of MS Office.

Language

• Fluent in English (company language)
• Minimum basic German Language; B2 is preferred

Location

• The role will be based at our Office at the EUREF-Campus in Berlin.
• Hybrid work model (2 days on-site & 3 days home office per week possible)
