Germany – Business Development Manager – Chemical Industry #2810

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our client’s expanding European team. This role is crucial in driving the company’s growth across Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and extensive experience in the chemical industry sales.

This is a remote position based anywhere in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Promote the company’s products to various industries.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors.
  3. Conduct market analysis and research to expand the presence in the European market.
  4. Assist in formulating distributor cooperation strategies.
  5. Regular travel (up to 10+ days per month) to visit clients across Europe.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  2. Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the chemical industry.
  3. Strong chemistry background.
  4. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  5. Experience covering multiple countries/regions in sales roles.
