Performance Marketing Manager
sedApta is an international group formed by the aggregation of high-tech companies in Italy, Germany, France, UK, and Brazil, and recently became part of the Finland-based Elisa Group. Each is a leader in its field, and together we share over 30 years of experience in production planning with IT and Supply Chain Management. Today, more than 1,000 customers rely on our software solutions for their supply chain and supply chain optimization.
For our Germany-based company, we are looking for a Performance Manager (m/f/d).
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing the marketing and sales pipeline to ensure alignment with product and business goals.
- Reporting on lead generation, campaign performance, and sales funnel metrics to senior management.
- Liaising between regional teams and global business units to align and execute marketing activities.
- Overseeing media agencies to monitor campaign performance and ensure alignment with KPIs.
- Guiding internal teams in creating localized content and visuals to enhance campaign performance.
- Owning and managing performance marketing channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Developing and implementing a data-driven performance marketing strategy to drive lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Setting up automated, personalized email campaigns in the CRM to nurture leads and optimize customer engagement.
- Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CAC, CLV, and providing actionable recommendations for continuous campaign optimization.
- Testing new advertising channels, strategies, and creative approaches, such as A/B testing, to identify high-performing tactics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in performance marketing or digital advertising, with a strong track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Expertise in managing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Display, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM platforms, and email automation tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret conversion funnel metrics and optimize campaigns for results.
- Ability to connect product features to customer value and articulate how the product solves specific challenges.
- Skilled in developing campaigns that address all stages of the customer lifecycle, from awareness to retention.
- Proficiency in presenting data and campaign results in a way that is accessible and actionable for diverse audiences.
- Fluent in both English and German with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated and committed to staying updated on the latest performance marketing trends and technologies.
