As our in-house Content Writer (m/f/d) you will play a crucial role in producing engaging and explicit German content. This content will showcase DataGuard and our range of products across various marketing channels. It will not only cater to the needs of potential customers at every stage of their decision-making process, but also play a fundamental role in attracting, nurturing, and converting leads. Ultimately, you will directly contribute to DataGuard’s organic growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create clear, data-driven original content (the website, SEO, articles, guides, case studies, and newsletters etc.)
• Collaborate with the Content and Demand Generation teams for creating high-quality content that drives high-quality pipeline
• Conduct keyword research, utilize data to shape your copy strategy
• Apply SEO principles to content execution
• Generate copy tailored to each stage of the buyer’s journey (TOFU, MOFU and BOFU)
• Diligent proofreading to ensure accuracy and quality
• Translate existing copy from English to German and ensure consistency in all communications

Profile

• You are fluent in German
• You have at least 1-2 years of professional content creation experience, preferably in the B2B SaaS environment
• You are creative and adept with words – you know how to craft impactful content that aligns with each stage of the buyer’s journey
• You have strong research, storytelling and communication skills
• You are receptive to feedback and effectively collaborate with teammates
• You can adjust content creation strategy based on sales team feedback and market insights
• You have strong linguistic and grammatical skills, with excellent attention to detail

Nice to have:

• You have fluent English writing skills
• You have experience in SEO, and you’re familiar with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Semrush
