We are looking for a : Production Manager Key Responsibilities Manage and develop the production team to improve quality, efficiency, and team performance Ensure all production processes for optical products comply with ISO 9001 standards and regulatory requirements Oversee production capacity and resource planning in coordination with the planning and sales departments Collaborate with development, production, and sales teams to implement customer-specific solutions Optimize production processes to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve overall product quality Monitor and enforce safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze production data to meet goals and improve performance Your profile Engineering background (HES or EPF) with good managerial skills Several years of experience in a similar position Proven experience for high volume production Very good English skills (oral and written) Know-how of semiconductor processes Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, self-motivated and flexible We Offer A dynamic working environment A multicultural environment Positive working atmosphere in a motivated team jidb600f60afr jit0415afr
