BUILD THE NEXT GENERATION OF THE INTERNET

Impossible Cloud is a B2B cloud platform with a focus on becoming the #1 cloud platform in Europe and beyond. It was founded by serial entrepreneurs who have previously built a billion-euro tech company.

Currently, our offering includes cloud object storage similar to AWS S3, and our market success is already being proven by highly promising growth based on our channel-based GTM strategy. While we build a comprehensive suite of cloud products, we are redefining the cloud sector by bridging the gap between decentralized infrastructure (DePIN) and mainstream B2B cloud use cases.

Become part of something bigger: We’re committed to reinventing the internet and push technological innovation and business determination to the next level.

  • Deploy and maintain essential Kubernetes core services, including ingress, secrets management, and CNI/CSI.
  • Design, implement, and maintain a robust Kubernetes network, ensuring secure and efficient communication between services.
  • Implement and enforce security best practices within Kubernetes clusters to protect critical infrastructure and applications.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD infrastructure to streamline the deployment.
  • Deploy and maintain large-scale storage and database systems to support business-critical data services.
  • Lead the deployment of new sites, regions, and environments from the ground up, ensuring rapid and reliable availability.
  • Maintain, upgrade, and enhance existing infrastructure through continuous development, monitoring, and iterative improvements.

YOU COULD BE A GREAT FIT FOR THE ROLE IF YOU HAVE

  • Proven track record of deploying and maintaining Kubernetes clusters at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation and deployment tools like ArgoCD, Flux, Terraform.
  • Knowledge of modern DevOps practices and tools (GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, etc.).
  • Proficiency in designing and maintaining service-defined networks within Kubernetes, e.g., service meshes like Istio.
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes security best practices (RBAC, network policies, etc.).
  • Proficiency in AWS and GCP cloud platforms, leveraging their services for enhanced scalability and redundancy.
  • Strong skills in Linux environments and shell scripting for automation and troubleshooting, with experience in Golang being a plus.
  • Experience with distributed storage systems, such as Ceph, and modern distributed database solutions is a plus.
