Your Role
As a Operations Change Management Coordinator , you will manage and coordinate change requests from internal teams, customers, EMS partners, and suppliers, ensuring proper documentation, evaluation, and prioritization. You will act as the main interface between departments and EMS partners, lead change management meetings, and develop implementation plans. Your role involves ensuring all changes are validated, traceable, and effectively communicated, minimizing risks and disruptions. Collaborating with Supply Chain Analysts and Program Planner, you will address supply chain impacts and support production continuity. Additionally, you will drive the continuous improvement of change management processes.
Your future tasks at a glance
- Manage and document all incoming change requests and prioritize them accordingly.
- Lead change management meetings and maintain detailed implementation plans.
- Ensure changes are validated, tested, and approved before implementation.
- Act as the main interface for customers, internal teams, and EMS partners.
- Evaluate supply chain impacts and mitigate production disruptions in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Drive process optimization and ensure traceability for all changes.
What you bring with you
- A successfully completed university degree in an engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in change management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of structured change control processes and safety-critical standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Highly motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in English (German is a plus).
- A detail-oriented, analytical mindset with a passion for innovation in the automotive sector.
