Manager Corporate – Dynamic Team, Global Fiduciary For a well-established fiduciary with more than 10 years of experience on the Luxembourgish market, we are currently looking for a Manager Corporate. Your Responsibilities | Manager Corporate – Corporate – Legal – Fiduciary You will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the client portfolio of your team.

This portfolio is quite varied as it is composed of SOPARFI, SPV, Commercial companies. You will supervise junior and senior corporate officers and be the key person of contact in case they have any questions. You will also ensure that deadlines are met and the team is well organized.

You make sure that the clients are satisfied and that the service is up to par with their expectations. Furthermore, you liaise with other internal departments to ensure both cross-selling opportunities as well as the good legal standing of your clients. Profile and Career Path | Manager Corporate – Corporate – Legal – Fiduciary You have at least 7 years of experience as in corporate governance in Luxembourg, an experience ideally obtained in fiduciaries or PFS in Luxembourg.

You are fluent in English , both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of any other language, especially French, German or Luxembourgish, is a plus. You are fully autonomous in the way you handle a client portfolio, meaning from the constitution to the dissolution, allowing you to share those skills with your team.

You have already acquired experience in team management and your good organization ensures that deadlines are respected.
