Your responsibilities
- Manage and oversee financial transactions within IPS Group, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards (HGB)
- Collaborate with external accounting, tax, and audit providers to ensure regulatory compliance and support audit processes
- Maintain and update entries in the general ledger and prepare detailed financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting aligned with market trends.
- Manage payments, reconcile bank statements, process invoices
- Prepare and present weekly cash flow reports.
- Maintain relevant data in the ERP system and support data transfers between local and group systems.
- Review accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies or imbalances; carry out internal control procedures.
- Provide support to the Global Head of Finance on regular and ad hoc projects
Your Energy
- Degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting
- Language skills: fluent in German and English
- Global mindset & readiness to work in international teams and settings
- Highly reliable with strong attention to details
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage work, to meet the required target
- Familiarity with all Microsoft packages with advanced spreadsheet skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
