Relationship Manager (m/f/d)

Our focus is on the analysis, management and development of real estate assets. What began in 2006 as a small, dynamic family office has grown into a major real estate investment family office in Europe and Asia,proud of its trusting cooperation with major institutional and private investors from Europe and Asia.

In order to continue our success story, for our Munich office we are looking to recruit a:

Relationship manager (m/f/d)

• Several years (at least 3-5 years) of professional experience in supporting sophisticated private and/or institutional investors in the areas of investment or private banking, asset management or private equity (knowledge of the property segment is an advantage)
• Successful track record in the acquisition, management and support of sophisticated private or institutional investors
• Completed university degree, preferably in business administration/economics or comparable training with additional further training in economics
• Excellent analytical and conceptual understanding (analysis methods, processes, projects) as well as strong communication and presentation skills
• Independent way of working characterised by an entrepreneurial approach
• High level of social skills and enjoy working in a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as a confident personal demeanour appropriate to the clientele, experience in dealing with UHNWIs
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as a high level of general education
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• Very good MS Office skills (Power Point, Excel)
• Ongoing support for our co-investors
• Preparation of decision papers, background reports and market analyses
• Development of complementary investment strategies depending on market developments
• Systematic market analysis and acquisition of business partners
• Conducting regular strategy meetings with our investor community
• Establishing and maintaining the external network with potential cooperation partners
