Your mission
- Build and maintain business relationships with startups, scale-ups, established companies, investors, and government institutions in the FinTech sector.
- Identify and develop new business models and strategic partnerships.
- Support the conception and implementation of innovation and research projects with our members and partners.
- Content development for the Financial Wellbeing Lab and program coordination of the Scale-up Academy.
- Organize and host networking events, workshops, and industry gatherings to foster knowledge exchange.
Your profile
- A completed Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
- Initial experience in Business Development, FinTech, Consulting, or an innovative startup environment.
- Passion for finance, technology, and innovation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
- A structured approach to work, initiative, and analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in MS Office and modern software & AI tools.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
