As (Senior) Specialist Marketing Communication, you are responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining content to achieve Uponor’s business goals. You ensure that the latest topics and information around our brand and products are presented in a customer-centric manner across all marketing channels. You will have a major impact on bringing new products to the European markets by coordinating the creation of all relevant content pieces such as brochures, sales materials, product samples, web- and social media content.
What will you do:

• Support product launches throughout all project stages, from providing input for the go-to-market approach to developing and deploying the launch communication packages
• Develop strategic and creative communication concepts and solutions with strong customer focus
• Create positioning and messaging for Uponor’s core solutions and categories
• Develop relevant content and assets for all communication channels along the customer journey such as website, social media, newsletter and sales visits
• Initiate and lead relevant projects, including the management and supervision of external agencies and partners as well as internal stakeholders
• Manage and administrate our marketing asset portfolio
• Closely collaborate with category management/product marketing & European subsidiaries
• Build and manage an adequate network of agencies, external partners and other contributors
• Monitor and optimize efficiency and effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  What will you need:
  Professional
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or comparable education in communications/marketing/business administration as well as several years of professional experience. Experience in a B2B environment and/or in the construction/building industry are a plus.
• You gathered experience in coordinating the creation of communication assets for product launches/strategic key topics with internal stakeholders as well as external agencies.
• You know how to create content that addresses your customers‘ pain points and problems.
• You bring excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German is a plus.
• An appreciation for quality content and the ability to create it (with agencies but with a certain hands-on mentality) makes you stand out.
• You are able to steer multiple assignments simultaneously.
• You are interested in and aware of the latest marketing trends.
• You want to learn something new and are willing familiarize yourself with technical topics in the building industry.

  You need to be located in Germany. The role is hybrid with the possibility to work in our offices in Frankfurt, Hamburg, Haßfurt or from home. For the onboarding process, you will need to be present in the Frankfurt office. The team is coming together at least once a month in person in our Frankfurt office.
