Aufgaben

• Join a highly motivated, product-focused, and customer-obsessed team.
• Develop scalable APIs and reliable third-party integrations with our financial partners.
• Break down complex tasks and guide colleagues through development efforts.
• Seek customer feedback, identify and lead product improvements.
• Take full ownership of your product, from system design to infrastructure operations.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO in a tight-knit, agile, and inclusive team.
• Contribute to the team\’s problem space and actively participate in shaping technical and architectural solutions.
• Become an ambassador for your products, engaging with both internal and external customers.
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and mutual trust.

Profil

• You have the ability to deliver high-quality results while understanding the business demands of a fast-paced fintech startup.
• You possess senior-level experience in building cloud-native APIs.
• You demonstrate the ability to confidently own your product, from initial conception to development, testing, and delivery.
• You harbor a genuine passion for engineering, particularly building robust and scalable services.
• You are proficient in cloud technologies.
• You have experience with relational, document-based, or in-memory databases.
• You are eager to embrace infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
• You are comfortable with developer tools, such as CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and logging, and testing frameworks.
• Prior knowledge of TypeScript is a plus, as both our frontend, backend, and even infrastructure are written in TS.
