Your mission, roles and responsibilities

• Manage entire product development life cycle.
• Coordinate actions across Hardware, Software, System, Mechanical, Validation, Certification, and Quality teams.
• Achieve technical and project targets related to features, performance, schedule, and costs.
• Provide up-to-date technical project KPIs, covering cost, quality, scope, and timeline.
• Facilitate resource allocation from various domains for project execution.
• Serve as the primary engineering contact for stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and program management.
• Collaborate with Engineering managers and core function teams to drive new RfQ and CR.
• Demonstrate strong project management abilities, handling features, defects, risks, actions, and issues.
• Agile and ASPICE.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Degree in Electronics/Computer Engineering.
• Strong professional experience in automotive project management, especially relating to Electronics products.
• Proven experience managing projects from Request for Quotation to Start of Production.
• Proficient in conflict resolution and stakeholder management.
• Skilled in planning and anticipating project risks, enabling effective issue resolution and mitigation.
• Successfully led multi-site, multi-region teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities for reporting and presentations.
• Strong positive attitude and effective interpersonal skills for team leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering seamless communication and collaboration within teams.
