Job Description
Our client is an innovative and fast-growing tech company redefining how enterprises manage multi-cloud environments. Their platform empowers organizations to efficiently build and scale internal cloud platforms across providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP — all while maintaining the highest standards of security, compliance, and sustainability.
Your Role:
As a vital member of the Customer Success team, you will support platform engineers and cloud architects in achieving their goals by simplifying complex cloud infrastructures. You’ll be directly contributing to a state-of-the-art solution that enables thousands of developers to work more securely, flexibly, and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborating with leading companies to develop internal platforms that streamline software delivery.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, recommending best practices and technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Translating complex challenges into actionable outcomes, balancing technical depth with strategic insights.
- Driving customer success at the intersection of technology and business.
What You Bring:
- Hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or in a Presales/Customer Engineering role.
- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and design effective technical solutions.
- Proficiency in platform engineering, automation, and orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, OpenTofu).
- Previous experience in consulting or customer success is highly valued.
- Comfortable working with both technical stakeholders and sales teams.
- Proficiency in German and fluency in English.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and/or programming languages.
- Familiarity with IT architecture components (IAM, EAM) and cloud governance tools (e.g., Azure Policies).
- Cloud certifications or open-source contributions.
