And by harnessing Danaher\’s system of continuous improvement, you help turn ideas into impact – innovating at the speed of life.Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a HR Business Partner – Operations, R&D and Strategy/Innovation (EU) who will be responsible for serving as a subject matter expert on human resources operations to include the full life cycle of talent, employee relations, employee communications, workforce retention, development, engagement, and serving as a trusted partner to the business leaders.Key Responsibilities:Act as a strategic partner to the business and change agent, aligning people practices and strategies with the overall business objectives.Define & owns HR Strategy & Action Plan, to proactively support Sales & Service leadership, in workforce planning, organizational design, talent optimization, and staffing plans linked with our Talent Acquisition team to attract diverse profiles.Provide day-to-day HR guidance to Leadership both throughout Europe, in the areas of talent acquisition, leadership coaching, employee counselling, performance management, career development, change management, compensation, and HR policy guidance and interpretation in line with legal compliance and regulations.Partner with Global HR Centers Of Excellence (COE) on the execution of HR initiatives.Requirements:Degree in HR or Business Administration or equivalent, with min 5 years of experience as HR Business Partner/Manager in Austria & multi-countries, supporting global organizations with a focus on HR operations, business partnering, succession planning, engagement, leadership development, workforce planning, diversity initiatives, organizational development, and coaching including utilization of continuous improvement best practices.Broad understanding of the technical and functional components of human resources, including recruiting, talent management, organizational design/development, succession planning, leadership development, compensation and associate communications.Experience supporting leaders in multiple countries with previous exposure and knowledge of labor laws in various countries, including but not limited to UK, Austria, Germany, and Belgium.Managing change/project initiatives including change management experience in multi-cultural environment.Proven ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.German and English language proficiency is a must, additional languages are very welcome especially French.About Us:We partner with customers across the globe to help them solve their most complex challenges, architecting solutions that bring the power of science to life.
