Your Tasks

• Developing and introducing a concept for personnel development & training for all professional groups (candidates, lawyers, formal and administrative clerks, assistants)
• Succession planning including the development of measures to identify, retain and develop high potentials and top performers
• Structured management training
• Establishment of regular staff appraisals with feedback on performance and development (lawyers and non-lawyer staff)
• Establishment of structured internal and external training programs including regular monitoring and evaluation to ensure results and quality assurance
• Specialist contact person for the internal learning management system and driving forward the topics of e-learning and knowledge management

Your Qualifications

• Degree in business administration with a focus on human resources; business education or psychology
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in the conception, implementation and follow-up of training and development measures
• Practical experience with modern HRMS, in particular learning management systems (LMS)
• Ideally completed training as a trainer and/or coach
• Ideally experience in a law firm environment
• Very good knowledge of German and English

We require a very good command of German and English. A proficiency in the use of common Microsoft Office products would complete your profile.
