Role: Customer Success Manager
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to support and expanding relationships. Key duties include:
- Managing the complete customer lifecycle, ensuring seamless experiences.
- Implementing operational excellence processes to optimise efficiency.
- Identifying customer needs and collaborating with the product team for improvements.
- Facilitating customer engagement through workshops and check-ins.
- Monitoring and analysing customer engagement, adoption, and product usage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\’s/Master’s degree in a technical or business field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, sales, operations, or a similar role, ideally in a tech startup or consulting environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM and PMO tools.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to drive projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Native German speaker (non-negotiable) and fluent in English (C1+).
