How you support our team
- You will take on the responsibility for projects in the cosmetics area, including collaboration with Design, Development, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, and Sales.
- You will develop new products and expand our range, particularly in the area of cosmetics. You will oversee the entire product development process from the initial idea to the market launch and ensure quality and compliance – together with Quality Management and Compliance.
- You support the creation of prototypes and carry out tests to ensure functionality and user-friendliness.
- You collect user feedback and work continuously to improve our products.
- You will be responsible for correspondence with contract manufacturers, including purchasing, negotiations, and supplier management.
- You coordinate prices with management and carry out price calculations independently.
- You will maintain product development-relevant data for our brands (GESKE, SATISFYER, FUN FACTORY) in the product database.
- You will work on the further development of our product database and related processes and tools.
What sets you apart
- A degree or comparable training in the field of product development, marketing, or similar.
- Experience in project management and ideally in product development, preferably in the cosmetics sector.
- Strong organizational skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Good knowledge of Excel and an affinity for digital tools and data management.
