Our client, a Chinese Coating Group founded in 1950, specializes in coating and resin R&D, production, sales, and coating services. The company employs over 2,000 staff in production bases with advanced technology and has five coating divisions: Automotive Coatings, Industrial Coatings, Powder Coatings, and Architectural Coatings. They are recognized as a national high-tech enterprise and one of China’s top 100 private enterprises in the petroleum and chemical industry. The company has built a national laboratory and several provincial-level technology centers, and has established long-term industry-academia-research centers with Hunan University, North China University of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Power, and Hunan University of Science and Technology. - Engaged in the company’s technology development planning management, product line management, and product development process management.

Requirements
Educational background :
Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in chemical industry.
Work experience :
More than 10 years of experience in technology development and management in global leading industrial coatings enterprises.
Technical expertise :
Proficient in technical management, with keen insight into products and markets, and leadership in key technical problem solving.
Management ability :
Strong capabilities in organization, coordination, and communication.
