We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Lead to join Norgine. The person holding this position will report to Global Head CHC Execution and be a member of the wider CHC team.

Requirements

The core responsibility of the role is to lead the business in the Country / Region of responsibility in order to maximize the potential of the brands, including the financial, commercial, marketing, regulatory, and supply chain elements of the business.

Ensure the local implementation of the Global Strategies and proactively identify all opportunities for local business maximization.

Ensure financial and regulatory compliance in the Country/Region.

Financial Management

  • Achieve sales and profit targets across the consumer healthcare portfolio and / or countries as agreed with the manager.
  • Fully accountable for local Brand P&L and for identifying areas for efficiency, considering all lines in the P&L.
  • Demonstrate ownership and deliver the KPIs covering financial performance vs budget, forecasting accuracy, market share and key identified projects in line with the CHC ambition.
  • Ensure the best investment of the available resources (marketing and other budgets) by making winning choices and delivering positive ROI of the different activations.

Commercial Management

  • Recruit and manage 3rd party partners and contractual negotiations.
  • Lead local execution of Trade strategy.
  • Recommend the Channel Strategy to ensure cost-efficient 100% coverage of the market.
  • Recommend the best RTM.
  • Recommend the commercial Strategy and commercial policy that will generate profitable growth of the channels. Have a clear GtN management policy.
  • Implement E-com and exploit all digital growth opportunities in line with Global Digital Strategy.
  • Implement the guidelines in BSM, track gaps and propose corrective measures.
  • Ensure a healthy commercial relationship with key stakeholders and customers.
  • Provide tools to enable the sales team to function effectively.
  • Lead the commercial activation of the different partners enabling their absolute engagement with our brands.

Consumer Marketing

  • Lead the localization of global strategy and identify local opportunities for market share development.
  • Lead the localisation and execution of local brand plans and annual marketing plans, in line with global strategy.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Define and implement the right plan to win together with the optimal activation.
  • Ensure, together with media agency, the right media touchpoints, with special emphasis in Digital.
  • Evaluate the plan implementation against agreed KPI.
  • Have a deep understanding of local market dynamics and trends. Develop the needed Market Research Plan.
  • Collaborate with headquarters and other local functions: CHC Marketing, CHC T&S, CHC Digital, regulatory, supply chain and other operational departments.
  • Contribute to the development of annual and longer-term business plans; Feedback and share best practices that will feed the Global Brand Plan and Trade&Shopper Plan.
