Business Development Director – Business Development Management

We are an independent, global, one-stop-shop focused on delivering Central Laboratory Services that are tailor-made, timely and flexible to meet the evolving study demands of traditional to increasingly complex trials. Additionally, we provide Functional Service Provider (FSP) Solutions, supporting our clients with scientific and technical expertise, acting as an extension of their team, coordinating all laboratory related needs, advising on strategies for lab data collection and providing end-to-end analytical and logistical solutions.

Now, we’re offering an exciting opportunity to join us as a Business Development Director on our European Commercial Team, led by Anna Niebling . This is your chance to shape the future of clinical trials and contribute to meaningful advancements in the industry.
The role:
Home-based in Germany or Switzerland , you will play a pivotal role in driving client success and LabConnect’s growth. You should be also willing to travel about 50% of your time to engage with clients and learn more about industry trends.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher and 3+ years of experience in Central Labs or Clinical functions, preferably in sales.
- A passion for innovation and a desire to make a tangible impact on clinical research.
- French language is preferred; English is required.
