Context:

Missions:
- Taking over first projects for process optimization in the area of customer service within DACH to improve customer satisfaction, costs and quality.
- Conducting feasibility studies and building business cases for order automation or EDI projects.
- Supporting daily business of DACH Customer Solution team via analyses and process improvements.
- Quantitative ad hoc analysis and evaluation of customer service processes and order data.
About you
- Completed studies in the area of Business Administration/Economics.
- First professional experience through relevant internships in supply chain, ideally with reporting and data analysis.
- Very good knowledge about MS Office applications (especially MS Excel); VBA and Power BI knowledge are a plus.
- SAP knowledge preferable, very good numerical reasoning, as well as ability to think analytically and conceptually.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
Are you eligible for a V.I.E?
- You must be aged 18 to 28 and have completed national service obligation.
- You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area.
- You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your V.I.E.
- You have never done a V.I.E before.
What are the contractual advantages of the V.I.E?
- There are no taxes and charges on salary; as a V.I.E your social security is covered by April international.
- You will be granted with 2.5 days off per month.
- Your gratification is fixed according to the Business France grid.
- The cost of your back-and-forth flight or train tickets is covered.
