Job Responsibilities
You will work mainly on invoice processing. Main tasks are both external (interrelating with the administrative external provider) and internal (liaising with indoor operative functions like Purchasing and Logistics, liaising/reporting to headquarters/management). You will also support some activities on general ledger and basic credit management.
Essential Skills and Experience (Must Haves)
- Good knowledge of operative tasks linked to invoice processing in industrial/service companies and a basic background on VAT/custom duties treatment on the accounting side. Payment run management. Basic knowledge about general ledger accounting matters.
- Good MS Office skills.
- SAP proficient (MM – FI module).
- German and English speaker.
- Communicative and focused.
