We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Digital Partner Manager (f/m/d) to join our Digital Team on 1st June 2025 . You’ll cultivate strong relationships with international digital pure players and internal stakeholders to drive growth and boost consumer conversion.
What you can expect:
- Build and maintain relationships with international digital pure players and internal stakeholders to drive growth and consumer conversion
- Develop mobile-first account strategies and collaborate with the Controlling Team for data-driven decisions
- Align with partners‘ management through quarterly business reviews to meet company targets
- Lead cross-functional projects , ensuring stakeholder alignment with the account strategy
- Collaborate with the Key Account Manager for digital-focused assortments and data-driven product creation
- Update business plans , prepare negotiations , and manage budgets with the Controlling department
Your profile:
- Digital mindset with 4-6 years of senior management experience in a digital environment; proficiency in P&L analysis
- Strong negotiation skills backed by data and insights with proven strategic and analytical thinking
- Ability to build relationships effortlessly, with strong commercial acumen and impactful communication at all levels
- Proficiency in English is required, with German being a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office , especially Excel and PowerPoint
