Sr. Process Architect / Process Expert (f/m/d)

Your Job:
- Provide recommendations for innovative process flows that improve outcomes, enhance the user experience and manage cost.
- Act as a liaison conveying information needs of the business to IT and data constraints to the business; applies equal conveyance regarding business strategy and IT strategy, business processes and work flow automation, business initiatives and IT initiatives, and benefit realization and service delivery.
- Responsible for leading other functional staff to define business strategy and processes in support of transformation and change management activities.
- Coordinate development of training and coordination with other stakeholders.
- Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities.
- Support the testing of software fixes, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Evaluate new features introduced by BPM product vendor.
Your Profile:
- Over 10-15 years of experience in process optimization and transformation and digital transformation.
- Experience in Business process requirement gathering, analysis and design of target state.
- Extensive experience planning and deploying both business and IT initiatives.
- Experience in implementing industry standards framework and notation like APQC, TOGAF, BIZBOK, BPMN 2.0, ArchiMate 3.2.
- Good knowledge of Business Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, EAM ecosystem and integration.
- Experience in process modeling tools such as ARIS / Signavio / Bizzdesign/ Adonis/ MS Visio etc.
- Experience in leading process transformation engagement and various stakeholders’ management.
- Experience in document, analyze and assess major functional solution building blocks (e.g. business process, data, control flow components) and their interfaces, interdependencies and integration points involved in the automation of business processes.
- Experience working in various domains like BFSI, Pharma, Transportation, Retail etc.
- Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in working Agile / Safe Agile delivery methodology.
