Job Description
Pension Specialist (f/m/d)We are looking for talented individuals to join our finance organization at our location in Friedrichshafen, Germany.As a Pension Specialist (f/m/d), you will be responsible for the design, administration, accounting support, fund administration, vendor selection and plan implementation as well as reporting of DC & DB Plans worldwide.You will work closely with our Actuary team to ensure accurate annual financial reporting and governmental filings. You will also manage pension audits, Pension Administrators, and Investment Committees for both DB and DC Plans worldwide.Your tasks will include:Designing, administering, and managing DC & DB Plans worldwideWorking with Actuary to prepare annual financial reports and governmental filingsManaging pension audits and Pension Administrators for both DB and DC benefitsCoordinating and participating in Investment Committees for DB and DC Plans worldwidePresenting proposed changes/results to pension plan design for approval by the CPCEnsuring accurate Pension & OPEB accounting for all countries in accordance with IFRS on a monthly basisTo succeed in this role, you will need:A university degree in Finance or AccountingExperience in the area of pension plansStrong background in financial reporting and accounting for benefit plans, as well as an understanding of key financial metrics to the Company's overall business performanceFirm understanding and ability to provide and present deliverables to members of management at and above VP level (including BoM members)Strong competency to understand overall business in order to effectively create and manage project teams from various divisions of the business (Finance, HR, etc.) in order to implement areas of responsibilityThis is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of mobility with us at ZF.
