To strengthen our media expert team in Frankfurt am Main we are looking for you as
- You work in a small team of media and digital media experts for all media topics related to one of our automotive clients across several countries in Europe
- Your main tasks are to develop and provide strategic media guidelines to the regional client and media teams of local Innocean offices and the media agency partner, coordinate the media planning and implementation across several markets and constantly analyze the effect of the campaign vs. defined KPIs for optimization
- You work with the European and regional automotive clients, the subcontracted media agency, the internal digital media teams at INNOCEAN and the internal insight and analytics and creative team to deliver a seamless and integrated media planning and buying product from strategy to result measurement
- Develop comprehensive media strategies aligned with client objectives
- Identify target audiences and recommend appropriate channels for advertising
Digital, Programmatic, Search and Social Media Management:
- Oversee campaigns across various platforms
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum impact
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage media budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Monitor spending and adjust strategies to maximize return on investment
Analytics and Reporting & Collaboration:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of media campaigns
- Generate insightful reports and provide actionable recommendations
- Coordinate with internal teams, creative teams, and clients to align media strategies with overall marketing goals
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the digital landscape
- Implement innovative and cutting-edge media strategies
Your profile:
- At least 6 years of experience in media strategy development, digital media planning, ad technology and campaign analytics
- Strong focus on measurement of campaign results / effectiveness vs. defined KPI’s and ongoing optimization within the campaigns
- Proven experience in managing ad-tech related campaigns (DV360 / Meta…)
- A collaborative working style with high affinity to working within multinational organizations
- Fluent English is mandatory, German skills helpful but not necessary
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to convey complex ideas and strategies in a clear and concise manner
