Technical Architect with expertise in Advanced Case Management with IBM Case Manager and FileNet P8 platform.
This position would involve working with business and IT stakeholders to understand business needs in the area of case management and provide solutions; provide technical leadership to the development team.
Work with business analysts, developers, project managers, and users to capture requirements, provide solution design, and govern implementation.
Experience in case management and Business Process Management solution design and development using IBM Case Manager and IBM FileNet P8 stack.
Experience with customization of IBM Case Manager Solutions, development of widgets, External Data Services, and Case Manager API.
Ability to train and mentor the development team.
Ability to communicate well with customers.
Qualifications
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of IT experience
- 5+ years of experience with Case Management and Business Process Management
- 5+ years of experience with FileNet P8 platform and IBM Case Manager
- Experience with the following technologies:
