Responsibilities
- Implementation and monitoring of ongoing financial accounting within the SAP system
- Processing of incoming and outgoing invoices as well as monitoring and controlling of incoming payments
- Monitoring the invoicing process in consultation with our sales team
- Support for projects within financial accounting for digitization and for the improvement of processes
- Support of the financial statements during the year as well as the national and international annual financial statements
- Responsibility for receivables management
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training or comparable
- Professional experience in accounting and bookkeeping
- IT affinity and confident handling of common MS Office programs
- Ability to work in a team as well as independent work
- German and English skills at C-level
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
