Your prospective job:
For our client Airbus Operations you are acting as Supply Officer for the Cabin Supply Management team for Lavatories and Compartments at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage supply chain operations between AIRBUS tier 1 suppliers and AIRBUS warehouses
- Initiate and support escalations to prioritize our suppliers according to Airbus final assembly lines production milestones
- Provide reliable material forecasting to enable sub-tier management and capacity planning for tier 1 suppliers
- Drive continuous improvement projects to eliminate recurring issues (e.g. Practical Problem Solving)
- Maintain and develop a solid supplier relationship in line with Airbus values and priorities
Your profile:
- Completed studies in business administration, supply chain / logistics or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in supplier management and supply chain / logistics
- Experience in working in the aerospace sector
- Knowledge of Google Workspace
- Business fluent in written and spoken English and German
