An exciting company is seeking a passionate Field Sales Specialist to join their growing team. We have placed people with this client and the general feedback is that their working culture is fantastic! The key responsibilities of the role are as listed below:
Job Responsibilities:
- Carrying out test measurements and equipment demonstrations to demonstrate the performance of our products.
- Sales-promoting communication with the customer at product presentations, company events, seminars, trade fairs, and congresses.
- Supporting the sales staff in the offer and closing phase as well as the service staff in the post-sales phase as a technical expert.
- Supporting customers in the post-sales phase with application and product knowledge to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conception and management of training courses on the ICP/MS product line for customers and also internally for sales and service personnel on a regional basis.
Key Requirements:
- Master\’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline, doctorate preferred.
- Relevant practical experience in inorganic mass spectrometry.
- Valid driving license, approx. 50% willingness to travel.
- Ideally field sales and support experience for the ICP/MS space.
- High sense of responsibility, initiative, and result orientation.
- Very good communication skills, business fluent in German and English.
