Overview

We are seeking a skilled Launch Manager for the go-live of our products to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital products and SaaS solutions’ distribution and has a strong background in stakeholder management as well as customer implementation, customer success, intensive care, and go-live management roles.

Experience

  • Education, degree, certifications and/or experience in digital marketing and website creation or ecommerce
  • Long-term experience working for CDO, COO, VP of Customer Success, or similar
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, Payments and/or Fintechs is essential
  • Proven track record in growth stories
  • Proven track record and expertise on customer discovery and customer delivery
  • Proven success in building scalable business units and processes
  • Business-minded, analytical and data-driven, customer-centric, hands-on
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, well-versed in managing direct customers as well as internal stakeholders
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and online advertising campaigns, especially WOO commerce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • At least 2 years in the relevant fields
