Technical Trainer – Hoist (m/f/d)
Main Tasks:
- Delivering technical training courses for our hoist and control products, to clients, both in our head office in Wurzen, Germany and on site at global locations.
- Further developing training material ensuring content is up to date and relevant.
- Delivering product training to employees within the company.
- Offering after sales service and technical support to customers worldwide.
- Supporting the R&D office and technical department.
Profile:
- Experience within the entertainment and live events sector with a technical background.
- Good mechanical and electrical knowledge and skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to multi-task and manage own workload.
- Willingness to travel.
- Positive mentality.
- Professional training experience desirable but not essential.
