Your tasks
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of SAP Transportation Management (TM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) modules
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to understand their operational needs and translate them into SAP solutions that improve processes
- Ensure seamless integration of TM and EWM with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) and third-party systems
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to supply chain operations
- Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of SAP TM/EWM functionalities
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion
- Prepare project documentation, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing plans, and post-go-live support
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance and capabilities of the supply chain systems
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and deliver high-quality services
- Ensure proper system documentation, including configuration guides and user manuals
- Conduct regular system audits and health checks to ensure optimal system performance and compliance with organizational standards
- Create test cases, support tests at the customer, and manage cutover and change management activities
Qualifications
- Knowledge of integration between SAP TM/EWM and other modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP)
- Experience as SAP consultant
- Managing indirect, multi-cultural teams
- Leading cross-functional projects
- Analytical, fact-based decision making
- Fluent German and English speaker
