To keep our operations network secure and assure operational continuity, we are looking for an experienced professional who wants to join our Physical Security (PhySec) Implementation team as Senior Program Manager. In this key role, you will own complex projects and programs that manage end-to-end physical security across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

Key job responsibilities

1. End-to-end own, develop, maintain, and continuously improve complex physical security systems, means, and equipment implementation projects and programs across EMEA
2. Manage external vendors by providing guidance during the project execution
3. Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders (e.g., design and construction, IT, start up, launch and expansion) and external vendors (e.g., general contractors, low voltage contractors, and consultants) to achieve your project/program goals
4. Ensure physical security and regulatory compliance of all programs being built
5. Ensure all programs are consistently improving on cost effectiveness

A day in the life
As a Senior Program Manager on the PhySec Implementation team, you will join a team of professionals supporting the Security and Loss Prevention team with the implementation of physical security systems, means, and equipment on new site launches, retrofits, and expansions.

This includes video surveillance systems, access control, and intrusion detection across all business units except for corporate offices and third-party sites. To achieve this goal, you will end-to-end own, develop, maintain, and continuously improve complex risk-based, cost effective, and operationally acceptable projects and programs that enable the prevention, intervention, and investigation of security incidents, minimize losses, and mitigate risks within operational sites across EMEA.

You will ensure that all of your projects and programs comply with physical security and regulatory standards. You will also be responsible for onboarding as well as managing external project managers and commissioning engineers to drive project deliverables. Upon completion and commissioning of new physical security systems, you will hand those systems over to Field Security and Loss Prevention to operate but where needed you will support their investigations of security and safety incidents.

Finally, you will also identify and drive change within the business, pushing initiatives such as value engineering, updating of standards, automation of tasks, and PhySec cross-team support.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. Relevant advanced experience in the security field
2. Relevant advanced experience in the means and equipment security domain
3. Relevant advanced experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment, particularly Excel to collate and analyse metrics
4. Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. A relevant advanced degree or advanced degree equivalent
2. Relevant industry certification (e.g., ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP), ASIS Associate Protection Professional (APP), Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA) certification such as FSR, PSR, TSR)
3. Project management certification (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2)
4. Relevant advanced experience in project management and delivery
5. Upper intermediate proficiency in a second European language
