Your Tasks
You can expect a varied and very interesting job in the IT support team of the Central Foreigners‘ Registration Office in Middle Franconia.
Together with your team colleague, you will be available for the approximately 80 employees of the Central Foreigners‘ Registration Office in Middle Franconia for all questions relating to IT. This primarily includes hardware and software support in our three offices in Ansbach, Nuremberg, and Zirndorf, which makes the job particularly interesting and varied.
In addition, you will be responsible for the administration and 1st and 2nd level support of the BayAS specialist application including its links (e.g. xAusländer, iMVS) and thus act as an interface to other authorities at both state and federal level. This also includes certificate management and the timely preparation of updates.
Who We Are Looking For
Apply if you have the following qualifications:
- Successfully completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d).
- Good written and spoken German is a prerequisite. You are also welcome to have language skills in English, French, Russian, or Arabic.
- You have good IT skills (MS Office; experience with the eFile is an advantage).
- You provide proof of sufficient measles protection in accordance with 20 Para. 9 IfSG (proof of vaccination protection, immunity, or contraindication, if born after 1970).
- You have a class B driving license.
