About ITM
ITM is a privately owned biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical group of companies dedicated to the development, production and global supply of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes for use in cancer treatment. We are developing a proprietary portfolio and growing pipeline of targeted treatments in various stages of clinical development addressing cancers such as neuroendocrine cancers or bone metastases. Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radionuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology. The headquarters are located in the heart of the research center of the Technical University of Munich (TUM).

Research Strategy Analyst (f/m/d)
Your role
- Collection, analysis, and comprehensive presentation of relevant data in the fields of radiotargeted and non-radiotargeted imaging and therapeutic approaches to support decision-making by the management team.
- Preparation of regular summaries of new insights in the scientific field.
- Maintenance and extension of the internal database for scientific tracking and competitive intelligence.
- Cross-functional scientific support and collaboration with other departments in the areas of radiopharmaceutical drug discovery, preclinical and translational research.
- Support in the organization of research activities with external partners.
- Participation in trade fairs and congresses.
Your profile
- Master’s degree or preferably Ph.D. in a relevant scientific field (chemistry, pharmacy, biology, or related disciplines); an educational background in radiopharmaceutical sciences or radiochemistry is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical skills with a highly developed ability to collect, summarize, interpret, and present complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Pronounced scientific writing and communication skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI) is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills, team spirit, flexibility, resilience, and an independent working style.
- Experience in liaising with various departments and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point.
- Proficiency in English is a must; being fluent in German is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel (approximately 20%).
