The Operations Director will ensure that the day-to-day operations run smoothly by implementing measures that will allow for maximum efficiency. This is a really exciting opportunity within the business and will give the chosen applicant a chance to make a real difference. We have fundamental plans ahead of us and this role will play a significant part in making them happen.
Your tasks
- Work with the senior management operations team to develop and execute a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with Cashpoint's goals and vision.
- Contribute to corporate strategy and lead development in the areas of Payment Product, Customer Support and Risk, Payment and Fraud to ensure that the company achieves its short and long-term objectives.
- Develop and control the budget for the Operations in Malta, while ensuring that the department has all the resources required to meet its objectives within agreed financial constraints.
- Develop, implement, and communicate business and financial strategies to guarantee long-term success.
Your Qualification
- Extensive experience in senior operational management roles within the iGaming industry.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to communicate and align teams across multiple international locations.
- Experience within iGaming and extensive knowledge of the industry.
- Sound understanding of operational departments including customer service, payment product and risk, payment and fraud.
- The ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work well under pressure and use resources efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English, ability to speak German would be an advantage.
