We are currently seeking a Senior Accounting Specialist to join our clients team in Hamburg at
the earliest opportunity.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in crafting annual financial statements with a focus on securities holdings
- Drive innovation through active involvement in project tasks, particularly in the digitalization of year-end processes
- Provide support to foreign branches in preparing national reports
- Ensure accuracy in daily balance processing for all branches
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports promptly at both individual institution and group levels
Your Profile:
- Degree in banking, economics, or equivalent field
- 4 years of experience working as an accountant in the banking sector
- Proficient in reporting laws and HGB accounting
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a good grasp of technical processes and database structures
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- High attention to detail, proactive approach, and deadline-oriented mindset
