Key Responsibilities
- Expand Existing Accounts: Identify new revenue opportunities and execute targeted cross- and upselling strategies.
- Consult and Support: Act as a trusted advisor, optimizing mission-critical processes for enterprise clients with our SaaS solutions.
- Build Long-Term Relationships: Foster strong partnerships, anticipate customer needs, and ensure long-term success.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Product Management and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions.
- Measure Success: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive growth by exceeding targets.
Key Requirements
- Proven Account Management Experience: Track record of successfully managing enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees), ideally in the SaaS or IT sector.
- Strategic Thinking & Customer Focus: Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships with a consultative approach.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud, and IT solutions for enterprise organizations.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex topics with clarity and confidence.
- Educational Background: Successfully completed university degree.
- Language Proficiency: Business-fluent in German and English.
