Responsibilities:
- Actively support the revenue management team in optimizing room rates and availability.
- Creating and analyzing various reports using business intelligence tools and property management systems (PMS).
- Collecting and analyzing market data, including economic trends, price comparisons, and competitor analysis.
- Working on customized pricing strategies and system configuration, including assigning new contracts, rates, and offers, as well as troubleshooting and system reconciliation.
- Support in the use and maintenance of Marriott reservation systems and revenue management tools, especially in the context of hotel openings.
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in the hotel industry, tourism, business or comparable practical experience in revenue management or reservations.
- Basic knowledge of revenue management and a strong understanding of figures and analyses.
- Confident handling of common booking and revenue management tools, preferably from the Marriott system environment.
- Very good written and spoken English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Responsible, structured, and detail-oriented way of working with a strong ability to draw conclusions. You are open-minded, dynamic, and motivated by a constantly changing work environment.
