If you want to live customer service at its best, we have the ideal job for you. We are looking for new members to join our team as Digital Trust and Safety Analyst with French (m/f/d) .
Overview of tasks:
- Back office support only
- Taking over general administrative tasks
- Provide online support for specific cases.
- Achieving and ensuring the quality standard
We are looking for:
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills in French and English
- Valid working permit for Spain or EU citizenship
- Affinity with back office services
- Strengths in efficiency, accuracy and empathy
- Goal-oriented work approach
- Full time or Part-time (weekend shifts) with flexible schedule
We will offer:
- Permanent employment contract
- Attractive salary of 10.256,41€ (Part time) to 25,000€ (Full time) gross per year and fully paid training period
