We are currently looking for: IT system administrator in the medical sector (m/f/d) in Mönchengladbach.

Your future area of responsibility
- You are the first point of contact for support questions. You offer our customers solutions both remotely and on-site.
- Our customers count on you when it comes to planning, setting up, and administering their systems.
- You create and maintain system and process documentation.
Your profile
- You are fit in MS Exchange, MS Office/365, MS Server (2012 R2-2022), MS operating systems (Windows 11).
- You find it easy to communicate with a wide variety of people. You find solutions and are only satisfied when the customer is satisfied.
- You know that continuous further training is an ongoing issue, especially in IT. You are open to supporting our security solutions and familiarizing yourself with the medical software solutions we sell.
