Are you ready to jump in your first job to gain hands-on experience in business development, strategy, and finance? We’re looking for a motivated Working Student (m/f/d) to join our team for 15-20 hours per week (minimum 10 hours guaranteed).

Do you want to help shape strategy and organizational development in a dynamic, fast-growing company? Then you\’ve come to the right place!
Your Tasks:
- Support the strategy, finance, and product teams with research and analysis
- Assist in translating and analyzing data to support decision-making
- Conduct market and industry research to identify trends and opportunities
- Market observation, collection and preparation of information in presentation form
- Independent interpretation of the results, clear formulation of key learnings and derivation of recommendations for action
- Work on ad-hoc tasks related to business development and operations
Requirements
What You Bring:
- You study at a German university Business Development/ Economics / Finance/ Marketing
- You have a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Good command of Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
- Fluent in English and German
- Interested in strategy, finance, and business development
