Rizing, a prominent provider of SAP consulting and implementation services, is expanding its Professional Services team. Committed to our core values of integrity, respect, courage, collaboration, and excellence, we are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant to join our team. Essential Functions
- Gathering and analyzing clients' business requirements and objectives.
- Creating and delivering high-quality demonstrations and presentations.
- Developing system configurations adhering to client specifications and best practices.
- Troubleshooting and providing resolution for system issues or defects.
- Coaching junior consultants on projects.
- Preparing training materials and guiding clients in system utilization.
- Completing demonstration setups and internal tasks.
- Providing status updates, tracking time, and expenses for timely system implementation.
- Engaging in continuing education activities for professional certifications.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Provide quality control of consultant configurations, in order to meet client deliverables.
- Partner with project managers to ensure project work is kept within budget.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Associate Consultant experience with detailed knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and SAP SuccessFactors implementation (min 2+).
- Prior experience in a functional or technical consulting role.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Education, or equivalent relevant field experience.
- Professional SuccessFactors module certifications.
- Experience with SAP CPI or SAP PO/PI.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in at least one SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
- Additional technologies related to SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) such as API Management, OData, and Groovy Scripting.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Skilled in technology coupled with business acumen to complement system consulting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Analytical and solutions oriented; ability to solve complex problems by providing detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems/complex situations.
- Ability to build personal relationships with clients and peers while inspiring and motivating others.
- Ability to work in teams and independently.
- Strong organizational, planning and management skills.
- Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills; displays confidence and poise in formal speaking situations; creates effective and compelling presentations by keeping meetings clearly focused on the agenda.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; attentively listens and shares knowledge/expertise.
- Assembles and develops talent by creating a challenging and rewarding work environment.
