For our Corporate Business Services (CBS) department we are looking for a Project Manager / Project Lead (f/m/d).

As a Project Manager, you will lead strategic, high-impact projects from initiation to successful completion. In this role, you will drive organizational efficiency, take full ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives and act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role with occasional presence on site in Mannheim.

Your Tasks

1. Collaborate closely with the CBS Director to define, prioritize, and execute CBS business strategies
2. Provide insights, analysis, and recommendations to facilitate informed decision-making
3. Plan, manage and oversee CBS projects ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, partners, and other stakeholders
5. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and other key decision-makers
6. (Lead and) coordinate cross-functional project teams while ensuring clear delegation of responsibilities
7. Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track follow-up actions
8. Support organizational change and innovation within project execution

Your Profile

1. Bachelor´s or master´s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field
2. A minimum of 4 years in project management, preferably in a senior or leadership capacity
3. Deep knowledge of agile and traditional project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2, PMI)
4. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar)
5. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
6. Proven ability to create and manage project documentation and reporting
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
9. Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills (e.g., German) are a plus
10. Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM) is a plus
11. Experience working in a PMO environment supporting multiple projects is a plus
12. Financial background and experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus
